Last updated: 22 July 2026
Faham is a trading name of FHM Technologies Ltd ("Faham", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17349569. Welcome to Faham. By accessing or using our website and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
These Terms apply to this website today, and will govern the full Faham platform once it launches. Sections describing features not yet available (accounts, payments, course content) will take effect when those features go live.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining our waitlist, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
When account features become available, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your credentials confidential. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared with, or transferred to, any other person. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
Faham is dedicated to education delivered in a respectful environment. You agree not to:
- post content that is offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or unlawful;
- promote, glorify, or incite violence, terrorism, or extremism of any kind;
- harass, threaten, or abuse others, or share false or misleading information;
- infringe the intellectual-property or other rights of any third party;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or other users' accounts;
- share, sell, or otherwise provide account access or purchased course content to any third party;
- download, screen-record, or redistribute course content beyond personal, non-commercial use, or circumvent any access or content-protection controls; or
- submit false, automated, or abusive waitlist entries.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Faham website — including text, design, logos, and the Faham name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You are granted no right to use our branding or content without our prior written permission.
6. Payments and Refunds
The Services are in a pre-launch phase, and no charges are made through this website today. When paid features launch, the following will apply:
- Processing: payments will be handled securely by third-party payment processors, including Stripe. We do not store full payment-card details.
- Billing descriptor: charges will appear on your bank or card statement under the name "FHM Technologies Ltd," the legal entity that operates Faham.
- 30-day guarantee: you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially completed or consumed the purchased content. Free content is not eligible for a refund.
- Exclusions: refunds are not available for free content, purchases made more than 30 days earlier, content that has been substantially completed, or purchases for which a completion certificate has already been issued.
- Fair use: to protect the platform and our community against misuse, we may decline or limit refunds where we identify a pattern of repeated requests or other abuse of this policy.
- Processing time: approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Refund requests will be submitted through your account, and full purchase terms will be presented to you before you complete any payment. All refunds are assessed in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. For religious guidance, users should consult qualified scholars directly.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faham and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
